■Product features and application range
The main components of syngas are carbon monoxide and hydrogen, which are mixed gases produced by coal gasification and are used as raw materials for synthesizing fuels or chemical products. When coal is used for gas production, air is inevitably brought into the synthesis gas. The oxygen in the air has side effects on the downstream synthesis reaction. Therefore, oxygen needs to be removed. The deoxidation principle of the HT-3 catalyst is to react oxygen with hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the synthesis gas to produce harmless water and carbon dioxide for deoxidation. After deoxidation, the residual oxygen content of the synthesis gas is ≤1 ppm. The catalysts generally used for degassing of synthesis gas are made of precious metals, and the cost is high. The main metal component of the catalyst is non-precious metal, and has the characteristics of good deoxidation effect and stable performance.■Main technical indicators

■ Product packaging and precautions:
The HT-3 syngas deoxidation catalyst is packaged in cardboard drums (lined with plastic bags) with a net content of 40 kg per drum. This product must be protected from moisture, and should not be in contact with other chemicals. It is forbidden to roll when transporting and loading. Sealed storage for 3 to 5 years, product quality is not affected.
