HT-2 inert gas deoxidation catalyst
■Features and scope of application
The HT-2 deoxygenation catalyst directly removes traces of oxygen from the inert gas. During the reaction, the raw material gas does not need to be quantitatively mixed with hydrogen, and the deoxidizer does not need to be regenerated frequently. The deoxidation capacity is 100 times larger than that of the general deoxidizer, and the pressure is not required, and the cost is low. The deoxidized gas can be obtained by adsorption purification. Purity gas. It is suitable for direct deoxidation of inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. It is especially suitable for post-stage purification of pressure swing adsorption nitrogen.
Commonly used nitrogen or other inert gases generally have an oxygen content of about 0.5%, which is not suitable for some industries that require high purity gas, and the high cost of directly purchasing high purity nitrogen. Nitrogen or other common inert gas can be made into a high-purity gas through a purification device equipped with a HT-3 deoxidizer, which is convenient to use.

■ Product packaging and precautions:
The HT-2 deoxidizer is packaged in cardboard drums (lined with plastic bags) with a net weight of 40 kg per barrel. This product must be protected from moisture, and should not be in contact with other chemicals. It is forbidden to roll when transporting and loading. Sealed storage for 3 to 5 years, product quality is not affected.
