HT-type high-efficiency deoxidizer is a manganese-based deoxidizer. It is widely used in petrochemical, steel metallurgy, electronic semiconductor, light industry and scientific research units. It is mainly used to remove trace oxygen in liquid propylene from the production of propylene. It can also be used for removal. Trace oxygen in gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide and ethylene has good deoxidation effect, large deoxidation capacity, and has the characteristics of stable removal of CO2, H2O and other impurities, and does not produce flying temperature.
In the production process of polypropylene in China, the raw material polypropylene contains trace harmful impurities such as H 2 O, O 2 , S, COS, CO, CO 2 , etc., which reduces the activity of the catalyst and even poisons the catalyst and cannot be normally produced. Therefore, before the polymerization reaction, the raw materials must be refined to meet the requirements. Under normal circumstances, some manufacturers use nickel catalyst deoxidizer to remove O2 from the raw material. The principle is that the reduced nickel in the deoxidizer reacts with O2 in propylene to form high-valent nickel oxide for deoxidation. In the actual production process, the nickel catalyst deoxidizer is intense due to the activation reaction and the hydrogen adsorption of the catalyst after activation. Therefore, in the process of activation and start-up of propylene, the catalyst is easily sintered at a temperature, which cannot be normally produced, resulting in economic loss. The HT type high-efficiency deoxidizer eliminates the above shortcomings, and the operation is stable in industrial production, and all the indexes can meet the requirements of the polymerization process.

■ Product packaging and precautions:
The HT type deoxidizer is packaged in cardboard drums (lined with plastic bags) with a net content of 40 kg per barrel. This product must be protected from moisture, and should not be in contact with other chemicals. It is forbidden to roll when transporting and loading. Sealed storage for 3 to 5 years, product quality is not affected.
